We’re here to serve you Monday 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Tuesday through Thursday 8:00AM to 5:00PM and Friday from 8:00AM to 3:00PM, with a lunch break from 12:30PM to 1:30PM. For your peace of mind, our physicians are available on-call for any urgent needs outside of these hours.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, FSA, cash, and personal checks. While we don’t accept Discover or American Express, we’re happy to help with other payment options. If a check is returned, there will be a $25.00 fee in addition to the original amount. We encourage you to keep your account up to date and kindly ask that any outstanding balances be settled within 30 days.
