2. What services do you offer?
We provide primary care services including: annual physicals, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, women’s health (contraception and menopause), weight management, PrEP and Doxy-PEP, Vivitrol treatment, BioTe, and Dysport.
3. What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office for a complete list.
4. How do I communicate with my provider?
Use the patient portal for secure messaging, test results, prescription refills, and appointment management. Please avoid email for clinical concerns.
5. How do I request a prescription refill?
Contact your pharmacy first; they will send us a request if needed. Allow 48 hours for processing.
6. Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, in limited availability for urgent concerns. Call early to check.
7. What if I have an after-hours emergency?
Call 911 or go to the nearest ER for emergencies. For urgent, non-emergent issues, a provider is on call for triage.
8. How do I access my medical records?
Access records through the patient portal or contact our office for assistance.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee.
