Physicians are on-call outside of our normal business hours. 

1. What are your clinic’s hours of operation?

    Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We take a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

2. How can I make an appointment?

    You can make an appointment by calling our office during business hours or by using our online patient portal to schedule an appointment at your convenience.

3. What services does your clinic offer?

    We offer a wide range of primary care services, including but not limited to:

- Annual physical exams
- Chronic disease management
- Preventive care and screenings
- Women’s health, including contraception and menopause counseling
- Weight management programs
- PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) for HIV prevention
- Vivitrol treatment for alcohol and opioid dependence

4. Which insurance plans do you accept?

    We accept most major insurance plans. For a complete list of accepted insurances, please contact our office directly.

5. How can I communicate with my healthcare provider?

    We strongly encourage using the patient portal for all communication with your healthcare provider. The portal allows you to securely send messages, view test results, request prescription refills, and manage appointments. Please avoid using email for clinical questions and concerns.

6. How can I get a prescription refill?

    For prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy directly. They will send us a refill request if necessary. Please allow 48 hours for processing.

7. Do you offer same-day appointments?

    We offer a limited number of same-day appointments for urgent health concerns. Please call as early as possible to check availability.

8. What should I do if I have an after-hours emergency?

    If you experience a medical emergency after hours, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We also have a provider on call for after-hours triage to assist with urgent but non-emergency situations.

9. How can I access my medical records?

    You can access your medical records through our secure patient portal. If you need assistance, please contact our office.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A fee may apply for missed appointments without prior notice.
